3. Lifting screw lubrication, from the lower roller seat in the middle of the upper end of the screw gun to screw,
so that the oil flow down the screw flow, 3-4 times per shift.
4. Lubrication of worm gear, grease smear, once a month, remove the outer cover of worm gear when refueling, dip grease with a brush, start the worm gear to convey a week, all tooth surface add enough grease. Transmission gear lubrication is the same.
5. Gear oil is added in the reducer and replaced every six months.
