The press brake machine hydraulic mould is an important part of the operation of the bending machine.
Take a look at the six common measurement parameters of the bending machine mould:
1. The degree of conformity between the arc on the mold circle of the bending machine and the outer diameter of the pipe to be bent.
2. Whether the low warp of the circular arc on the mold circle of the bending machine conforms to the radian required by the drawing of the pipe to be bent.
3. Whether the square hole in the mold of the bending machine is consistent with the square axis of the pipe bender.
4. Roughness of arc on mold circle of bending machine. Arc size, whether in line with the drawing requirements.
5. Parallelism of the circular arc on the mold circle of the bending machine and the upper and lower surfaces.
6. Whether the hardness of each part of the bending machine mold is required by the drawings.
