So how can we operate the laser welding machine quickly and steadily?
- Turn on/off
Laser welding machine start: switch on the switch power, turn on the general power switch;
Turn on the water cooler and laser generator in sequence; Open the gas valve and adjust the gas flow; Enter the parameters of the current job to be executed. Perform welding process operation.
Laser welding machine: exit the program and close the laser generator; In order to close the dust collector,
water cooler and other equipment; Close argon cylinder valve; Turn off the main power switch.
- Preparations before startup
Check the switch power supply of laser welding machine and whether the water cycle is normal;
Check whether the gas connection of the equipment in the machine is normal; Check that the surface of the machine is free of speckle, oil, dust, etc.
Three, the operation also needs special attention
In the process of operation, such as encounter an emergency (water leakage, laser abnormal sound, etc.) need to press the power immediately, and quickly cut off the switching power supply; The laser welded external cooling circulating water switch must be turned on prior to operation. Because the laser system uses the cooling circulating water mode and the laser power supply uses the wind cooling mode, if the cooling system fails, the operation cannot be started.
It is strictly prohibited to dismantle any parts in the machine without permission. It is strictly prohibited to weld when the mechanical safety door is open. It is not allowed to use your eyes on the laser welding head during the laser operation to avoid eye damage; It is strictly prohibited to place flammable and explosive raw materials on the laser path or where the laser beam can be irradiated to avoid fire and explosion.
