2. The working light intensity of glass laser cutting machine is too large.
3. The continuous working time of the glass laser cutting machine is too long, and the machine should be properly stopped and rested.
4. The backflow of cooling water outlet pipe is not normal, resulting in not smooth water flow.
5. The inlet and outlet pipes of the water pump are dirty, and the water protection is blocked, so that the water flow is not smooth.
6. Check whether the laser can hit the first mirror. If not, adjust the position of the first mirror.
7. Check whether the laser can hit the second and third mirror, if not, adjust the M1, M2, M3 screws behind the upper mirror.
8. Move the laser head to the upper left corner and hit another laser point, observe whether it is in the same position with the point on the upper right corner, if not, adjust the M1, M2, M3 screws of the second mirror, so that the point on the upper right corner is in the same position. Stick at least two layers of double-sided adhesive on the light inlet of the laser tube. Move the laser head to the upper right corner of the table and press TEST on the control panel to make a laser point.
