Numerical control bending machine manual mode parameter explanation
The following parameters can be used in manual mode of CNC bending machine.
1. Thickness: edit the thickness of the sheet.
2. Material 1: cold plate 2: aluminum 3: Galvanized plate 4: stainless steel plate 5: custom plate 6: Custom plate
3. Bending mode: Select the required bending mode. The system supports 4 bending modes
4. Bending length: the length of the sheet bent by programming.
5. Y-axis: The Y-axis value programmed or calculated for a certain Angle.
6. Speed transition point: the position of Y axis when it changes from fast down speed to working speed. It's set here to a y-position value. Edit value for Y axis position higher than bending sheet.
7. Parallelism Difference between left and right cylinders (Y1, Y2). When this parameter is positive, the right cylinder is lower than the left cylinder; When this parameter is negative, the right cylinder is higher than the left cylinder. The set value is valid below the clamping point.
8. Opening: after bending, there is a certain gap opening between the upper die and the lower die. A positive value indicates that the gap opening is above the velocity transition point, while a negative value indicates that the gap opening is below the velocity transition point. When users want to limit the processing time of an artifact, they can set a small positive or negative value.
9. Waiting for concession: If concession occurs, you need to choose whether to make Y-axis wait until the concession operation is completed. 0= no: in concession,Y axis does not wait for concession in place, directly down; 1= Yes: During concession, the Y-axis waits for concession to be in place before the slider comes down.
10. CNC bending machine mold: select the name of the upper mold (ID), click the related mold in the upper mold library to select or modify.
11. CNC bending machine lower die: Select the name of the lower die (ID), click select or modify in the lower die library.
12. Yield: the yield distance of the shaft in the process of bending, and the stopper begins to yield at the clamping point.
