First, before work

(2) Check whether the equipment and control parts, buttons are in the correct position.
(3) Check the coincidence degree and fastening of the upper and lower die; Check whether the positioning devices meet the requirements of the workpiece being processed.
(4) The equipment starts up and runs for 3~5 minutes in the air. The skateboard moves for 2~3 times in full stroke.It can work only after everything is normal.
Second,In the work
(1) It is strictly prohibited to use the equipment over performance.
(2) When working, one person should be unified command, so that the operator and the feeding and suppressing personnel closely cooperate.
(3) It is strictly prohibited to press and fold the sheet material at one end alone.
(4) Timely clean the oxide scale and other foreign matter on the mold to ensure the precision of the mold.
(5) Frequently check the overlap degree of the upper and lower molds; Whether the indication of voltmeter and hydraulic meter conforms to the regulations.
(6) Immediately stop the machine when abnormal, check the cause and eliminate it in time.
Third,After work
(1) the upper slide must be placed at the upper vertex, and the power supply must be cut off.
2) Carry out daily maintenance.
