Before carrying out machine maintenance or wiping machine, the upper die should be aligned with the lower die and then put down and shut down until the work is finished. If it is necessary to start up or other operations, the mode should be selected in manual and ensure safety. Its maintenance content is as follows:
1. hydraulic Press Brake Machine Hydraulic oil circuit
1) Check the oil level of the tank every week. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil;
2) The hydraulic oil used is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;
3) The oil should be changed after the new machine works for 2000 hours, and the oil should be changed after every 4000 ~ 6000 hours, and the oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed;
4) The oil temperature of the system should be between 35℃ and 60℃, and should not exceed 70℃. If it is too high, the oil quality and accessories will be damaged.
2.hydraulic Press Brake Machine Filter
1) Every time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or cleaned thoroughly;
2) The machine should be replaced if there is a related alarm or oil quality is not clean and other filter abnormalities;
3) The air filter on the fuel tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months, preferably replaced every 1 year.
3. Hydraulic parts
1) Clean hydraulic parts (substrate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and do not use detergent;
2) After the new machine is used for a month, check whether the bending of each oil pipe is deformed. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months of use, the connection of all accessories should be tightened.
