Safety technical measures of hydraulic plate shearing machine

Plate shearing machine is a kind of shearing equipment which is widely used in machining industry production.

It can shear various thickness of steel plate materials. The commonly used shears are divided into flat shears,

rolling shears and vibration shears, among which the shears are the most used.

The shears with shear thickness less than 10 mm are mostly mechanical transmission,

and those with shear thickness greater than 10 mm are hydraulic transmission.

Single or continuous shearing of metal, usually by foot or button operation.

Attention should be paid to the operation of plate shears:

Before work, we should carefully check whether all parts of the plate shears are normal, whether the electrical equipment is intact,
whether the lubrication system is smooth, and remove the tools, measuring tools and other debris placed on the table and around the edges and corners.
One person should not operate the plate shearing machine alone. 2 ~ 3 people should coordinate the feeding,
controlling the dimensional accuracy and taking material, and one person should be determined for unified command.
The gap between scissors should be adjusted according to the specified thickness of the cutting plate.
It is not allowed to cut two kinds of different specifications and different materials at the same time.
The sheet for shearing requires the surface to be flat, and is not allowed to shear the narrower sheet which cannot be pressed.
The belt, flywheel, gear and shaft of the shearing machine must be installed with a protective cover.
The distance of the finger of the shearing machine operator from the scissors mouth should be maintained at least 200 mm,
and away from the pressing device. The protective fence placed on the shearing machine should not allow the operator to see the cutting part.
After the operation of the waste has edges and corners,
the operator should remove in time to prevent being stabbed, cut.
