The cutting torch lifter uses a towing chain type cable trailer, providing excellent protection for air pipes and wires. The cross-beam lifter employs a primary and multi-step servo movement method in the horizontal direction, allowing for the installation of up to six lifters, each equipped with a cutting torch and a lifting mechanism.
In the longitudinal direction, the machine uses a bilateral drive method. This configuration includes high-precision rack and dedicated heavy-duty railroad rails (No. 40 rail), ensuring reliable and accurate operation. The working surface undergoes finishing grinding technology to maintain smooth operation and machine accuracy.
Standard Configuration
The standard configuration of the Gantry Type Plasma Cutter includes the Shanghai Fangling F2300 CNC system, with X and Y axes utilizing linear guide rails and the Z axis employing a ball screw. The HIWIN ball screw and polished rod offer an accuracy of 0.05mm, ensuring precise cutting performance. The system features a fixed type large-scale operation interface, adopting FASTCAMSMARTCUT CNC cutting software and the Japan Panasonic P80 cutting head. The X-axis is driven by double motors, while the Y-axis is driven by a single motor, providing robust and efficient movement. The electrical components are supplied by France's Schneider Electric, meeting the safety standard (2006/42/EC).
