Z axis of worktable can move up and down to focus, controlled by industrial PC. Equipped with standard separated X/Y two-dimensional automatic moving table. Optional rotary fixture (125mm optional). Monitoring system adopts microscope, red light and CCD. Equipped with external cooling system.
