To ensure the laser cutting machine operates effectively, follow these maintenance steps. First, regularly inspect the protective lens for cleanliness. Clean dirty lenses promptly and replace those with burning points that affect performance. When handling the protective lens drawer, ensure a dust-free environment and seal the protective lens window effectively.

Next, check the copper tip for irregularities and scars. Replace the copper tip promptly if necessary. Calibrate the floating head and check the center alignment each time the copper tip is replaced to avoid coaxial deviation and ensure cutting effectiveness.

Inspect the ceramic ring for looseness. If loose, tighten the locking ring by hand to maintain cutting stability. Ensure the laser head's coaxiality and adjust as needed using transparent tape and smaller nozzles for accuracy.

Perform daily capacitance calibration upon machine startup. Start the machine daily to return it to the origin point.

Verify the air source for production needs and check for air leaks in the air path.

Lastly, check the integrity and stability of the dust cover daily. Remove iron filings, sheets, and foreign objects to maintain equipment cleanliness and performance.
