What faults have appeared in the system in the past, how to eliminate them, etc., need to be understood individually.

2, look at the actual situation of the shear hydraulic system work, and observe the system pressure, speed, oil, leakage, vibration, and whether there are problems.

3, listen to the sound of the hydraulic system of the shearing machine, such as impact sound; Pump noise, and abnormal sound; Judge whether the hydraulic system works normally.

4, touch the temperature rise, vibration, crawling, and tightness of the joint to determine whether the working state of the moving parts of the hydraulic system of the plate shearing machine is normal.
