1. Remove the blade and clean it piece by piece.
2. The blade can be used on all sides, select the good side and install it tightly.And check the horizontal and vertical blade flatness of the two directions.
3. Remove the upper blade and clean it piece by piece.Similarly, the blade can be used on all sides, choose the good side and install it tightly.And check the horizontal and vertical blade flatness of the two directions.
4. The upper blade is fixed and can not be adjusted. We can adjust the blade gap of the shearing machine by adjusting the lower blade.
5. Find the left and right two large clearance screw of the lower blade in the outermost.
6. Find the two set screws on the left and right of the lower blade to push the lower blade to reduce the clearance. It has a locking spare nut on it.It's usually on the inside.
7. Loosen the left and right bolts of the lower blade surface.
8. Lower the upper blade to the appropriate position by manual winding, and then the operator starts to adjust the material drop area of the shearing machine.
9. Using a feeler gauge, start from the unocclusivepart of the upper and lower blade on the left hand and adjust it to 0.5 mm.
10. Move the blade up to the middle position by manual turning and adjust it roughly to 0.5 mm.
11. Move the blade up to the position of the upper and lower knife on the right side by manual turning, and adjust the middle position to 0.5mm roughly.
12. Lower the upper blade to the proper position by manual turning, and start fine adjustment.
