It features a beam adopting Sweden's ESAB and Japan's KOIKE square tube structure, enhanced through stress relief and surface oxidation treatment to ensure high rigidity, strength, and corrosion resistance. The cutting torch lifter uses a towing chain type cable trailer, providing excellent protection for air pipes and wires. The cross-beam lifter employs a primary and multi-step servo movement method in the horizontal direction, allowing for the installation of up to six lifters, each equipped with a cutting torch and a lifting mechanism.

In the longitudinal direction, the machine uses a bilateral drive method. This configuration includes high-precision rack and dedicated heavy-duty railroad rails (No. 40 rail), ensuring reliable and accurate operation. The working surface undergoes finishing grinding technology to maintain smooth operation and machine accuracy.
