The WC67K CNC Press Brake is designed with a streamlined EU aesthetic, featuring a heat-treated frame, high-rigidity workbench, and an optional mechanical compensation device for precise bending. It utilizes hydraulic synchronization control and a CNC programmable logic controller to ensure precise repeatability and ease of use. The integrated hydraulic system, sourced from Bosch Rexroth in Germany, allows for rapid switching to slow bending. The X-axis and Y-axis are programmed by the CNC CT8 system to achieve accurate inverter positioning. Additionally, the press brake employs advanced variable frequency hydraulic control technology, ensuring more stable and reliable operation. The optimal parameter ratio and core configuration guarantee stable performance and user convenience.

The WC67K series press brake comes equipped with a standard single-axis backgauge system (X-axis) and a single-axis bending angle system (Y-axis). Users have the option to add a V-axis compensation function and select the appropriate mold to easily bend complex-shaped workpieces. The standard components include a CT8 CNC controller, 2-axis control (Y and X), a grating ruler from Spanish FAGOR, a German ECKERLE oil pump, and a ball screw & linear guide from Taiwan PMI. It also features a backgauge positioning system, a manual movable front support arm, X and Y axis NC control, a fast clamp, a movable support arm with a linear guide, standard tooling and a multi-V die, Heyan Oil Cylinder from Shanghai, and a servo motor.
