1.40T power press machine Operating requirements:

1.1 Before work, check whether the lubrication system, mechanical system and safety protection device of the equipment are complete and intact, whether the connecting bolts and parts are fastened, whether the clutch and brake are complete and flexible in operation.

1.2 After the machine is adjusted, the correct parts can be confirmed before the formal work.

1.3 Hands are not allowed to reach into the working area during work.

1.4 In a single stamping, the foot is not often placed on the pedal. After each stamping, leave the pedal immediately.

1.5 During operation, attention should be paid to the running state and lubrication of the equipment. If there is any abnormal phenomenon or sound, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.1.6 After finishing work or leaving for a long time, the slider of the equipment shall stop at the upper dead point, turn off the motor, cut off the power supply, clean the equipment and record the point check card.
