DMP NC3000 Oxy Plasma Cutter-Arc-Voltage Regulator

The DMP NC3000 Oxy Plasma Cutter Arc-Voltage Regulator is designed for use with portable CNC and light gantry CNC cutting machines. It can be integrated into the cabinet panel for a streamlined look and easy wiring. The regulator features a modern design using Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and the latest chips, enhancing reliability and resistance to interference with added protection circuits. It includes an LCD display for real-time status and parameter monitoring, and an isolated voltage plate compatible with 1:1 or 50:1 arc-voltage inputs. The device offers intelligent arc voltage control, manual speed adjustments, automatic sensitivity, and other customizable settings, all in a compact, all-in-one console that integrates directly into the cutting machine.

The Flame Cutting Gun is crafted from high-quality forged steel and utilizes an equal pressure structure to ensure consistent performance. It is available in two casing tube diameters: 30mm and 32mm, with five length options: 180mm, 250mm, 370mm, and 450mm. The rack can be positioned in four different places (90 degrees apart) and is designed for equal-pressure cutting tips with a 30-degree conical surface.

The Australia FASTCAM (Standard Edition) Software is the basic version for automatic nesting and common tasks. For advanced features like SMARTNEST (Expert Edition) or FASTCAM (Expert Edition), additional software is required. This software converts CAD drawings or computer graphics into G code for cutting parts. The G code files are saved on a USB drive, which is then inserted into the cutting machine. The machine’s controller automatically converts the G code into a cutting program, and the product includes a USB interface for easy connectivity.
