2. Press the start cutting torch to check whether the plasma power supply starts the emergency signal after the positioning action is completed. If there is an emergency signal to start, clean up the fault according to the plasma power supply manual.
3. Close the switch of numerical control in the workshop's power distribution cabinet, turn on the main power supply of the cutting electromechanical cabinet, turn on the power supply of the dust removal controller, and start the dust collector.
4. After the CNC system is completely started, the dextral emergency stop switch and the dextral button will power on the drive
5. Customize the return to zero of each axis, check the plasma wearing parts and replace them, and close the plasma power breaker.
6, open oxygen, compressed air, each gas pressure is 8.3bar+-10%.
7. Call the cutting program and the corresponding database of the program for correction
8, save the program cutting starting point to the reference point, and turn on the plasma power supply and adjust the gas setting
9, start cutting, press the start cutting button, according to the drawings to check whether the cutting signal is normal
10. Press the stop button to stop cutting if you encounter problems halfway, and continue cutting after troubleshooting problems.
