CNC hydraulic bending machine Troubleshooting method:

(1) The brake circuit is abnormal or the strong electric components are damaged: check whether the bridge stack, fuse,

ac contactor is damaged; Check whether the strong current circuit is disconnected.

② The braking time is not long enough: adjust the braking time parameters of the system or frequency converter.

③ The system has no brake signal output: replace internal components or send them to the factory for maintenance.

(4) The control parameters of the frequency converter are not adjusted well: refer to the instruction manual

of the frequency converter and set the parameters of the frequency converter correctly.

05 Spindle stops immediately after starting

① The system output pulse time is not enough: adjust the M code output time of the system.

(2) The frequency converter is in the inching state: refer to the operation manual of the frequency converter and set the parameters.

(3) The control components of the spindle line are damaged: check whether the contacts on the circuit are in good contact,

and check whether the AC contactors of the DC relay are damaged, resulting in contact not self-locking

(4) Spindle motor short circuit, resulting in thermal relay protection: find the cause of short circuit, the thermal relay reset.

⑤ The spindle control loop does not have a self-locking circuit, and the parameter is set as the pulse signal output,

so that the spindle can not operate normally: the system control spindle start and stop parameters to level control mode.

06 The main shaft rotation can not stop the fault causes and handling methods:

(1) AC contactor or DC relay damage, long time suction, can not be controlled: replace the AC
