Before starting the CNC bending machine, we must first connect the power supply, open the switch on the control panel, and then start the oil pump, so that you can hear the sound of the oil pump rotation (the machine does not act at this time).
Preparation before startup:
(1) Guide rail, rear stopper and other moving parts for centralized oil supply should be refueled regularly;
(2) Check mold cleaning and damage, and deal with abnormality in time;
(3) Check the parallelism of the rear stopper and the tension of the driving belt.
Check the CNC bending machine after use:
1. Make sure the mold is clean, check whether there is dirt on the optical fiber ruler, clean the surrounding area and clean the body;
2. Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, hydraulic oil should be added.
3. Check the gas liquid pump tank regularly and replace it after one month of use. After that, replace the oil according to the specific situation every year, and the low oil temperature should not be less than 10℃;
