CNC Bending Follower is suitable for bending larger sheet metal, reducing labor costs, and improving processing efficiency while ensuring the accuracy of the bending angle. It accurately reads Y-axis moving data through an optical scale and maintains 100% synchronization with the Y-axis. Featuring an independent control system, it is easy to operate. The machine allows adjustments to move up, down, forward, and backward according to the tooling size and V port. A brush worktable prevents the sheet metal from being scratched, slipped, or dropped. Flexible and easy to use, it can be easily installed and unloaded, and can be shared by multiple press brakes.

Floor Type

The floor type bending follower provides excellent stability due to its fixed position on the ground. This ensures consistent and reliable bending operations, even for larger and heavier sheet metal pieces. Designed to handle higher loads, this type is ideal for heavy-duty applications where substantial force is required.

Combined Type

The combined type offers flexibility in operation, allowing for both floor-mounted and integrated usage with the press brake. This makes it adaptable to various working conditions and requirements. By combining functionalities, this type can save space in the workshop, making it a practical choice for environments with limited floor area.

Main structure

① Foot support:Users can adjust the height of the foot by using a wrench supported by the foot to adjust Level of the bending follower (adjusted when the device is at the origin position).

② Handle: for transport Users can move their device by holding it here

③ R-axis adjustment handwheel:Users can raise or lower the height of the worktable by turning the handwheel here, so that the worktable is flush with the lower mold of the Press brake, and the worktable extends 1mm upward every turn.

④ X-axis adjustment handle:Users can make the worktable move forward and backward by unlocking the positioning fastening handle, so that the turning action fits the sheet metal more closely (the edge of the worktable close to the Press brake should be 120mm away from the outer edge of the V groove of the lower die of the Press brake)

⑤ Main switch:the main switch of the device is adjusted to the "ON" position, the device is powered on.

⑥ Table extension handle:Due to the retractable front end of the workbench, users can use this handle to lock the retractable part

⑦ CNC controller:Master Operational Controller.
